AwsWireless: Return Policy

Total Satisfaction Return Policy

Accessories that are purchased directly from AwsWireless may be returned by Customer in accordance with AwsWireless's "Total Satisfaction Return Policy." The Total Satisfaction Return Policy provides that Customer may return, any product purchased from AwsWireless for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving product. Refunds or credits will not include any shipping charges and customer shall be responsible for a 20% restocking fee for each product returned and shall also be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless AwsWireless  was cause of error. Customer must complete a return form and enclose it with the product to be returned. We will not accept any returns over 30 days old, period. Send returns to:

In order to claim a refund or credit, under the "Total Satisfaction Return Policy", Customer must return product within the allowed time. with a COMPLETED Return form. Further, in order to claim a refund or credit under the "Total Satisfaction Return Policy", Customer must return any product in its original packaging, with all books, accessories and registrations. Customer shall not be entitled to a full refund or credit under the Total Satisfaction Return Policy for any product which is not returned complete and in its original packaging.

 

Return Policy for Products Damaged During Shipping

The risk of loss for any products shall be on Customer once the product leaves AwsWirelesswireless.com's facility. However, if products that you receive have been damaged in shipment, please contact AwsWireless immediately. AwsWireless and Customer agree they will provide any assistance necessary to make a claim with the shipping company. Customer shall be required to return the damaged product to AwsWireless (at AwsWireless expense) and AwsWireless will make arrangements to ship a replacement product as soon as possible. Customer must notify AwsWireless of any damaged products within 48 hours of receiving your product. There shall be no restocking fee for returns of products damaged during shipping in accordance with this policy.

Return Policy for Defective Products

The return of defective products shall be governed by the terms and conditions provided by AwsWireless, as well as by the terms set forth in this paragraph. Customer must notify AwsWireless within 15 days, that a product is defective by contacting AwsWireless support. Upon so notifying AwsWireless, Customer will be provided with an Return form. Customer shall return the defective product to AwsWireless (at customers' expense) and AwsWireless will make arrangements to ship replacement product, refund, or credit. Defective products need not be returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for replacement, refund, or credit. There will be no restocking fee on return of defective products in accordance with the AwsWireless warranty and this policy. After 15 days the product must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.

Return Policy for Warranty Items

The return of warranty products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the limited and/or lifetime warranty provided by manufacturer, as well as by the terms set forth in this paragraph. Items defective within 15 days may be returned to AwsWireless for replacement. Items over 15 days old will be governed by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and returned to the manufacturer for replacement, for assistance please contact AwsWireless customer care.

Customer must notify AwsWireless during the term of warranty that a product is defective by contacting AwsWireless. Customer shall return the defective product to AwsWireless (at customers expense} and AwsWireless will, upon receipt of the defective item, replace and/or repair defective item and ship via ground to customer at AwsWireless's expense. Warranty items need not be returned in original packaging.
